Great food and fun vibe. Lots of options and cooked right in front of you. Several bean and rice options, meat and fish. Great customer service and the horchata was on point. In the Home Depot parking lot on 82nd in Happy Valley. They serve breakfast until 10:45 AM everyday. There was a bit of smoke in the air so just know that in advance.
We love Bajios! Their portions are generous with great quality at an excellent value! Even the decor is cool! It's like chipotle but with more options and good customer service.

So tasty! I got the shrimp salad and it was so flavorful. The mango was sweet and the shrimp was juicy, the rice and lettuce gave it the perfect crunch. My boyfriend had the burrito and he was in heaven! Best Mexican cuisine ever! Also the jalapeño ranch! Don’t miss out on the ranch!!!

My family has been a customer at Bajio for 10 years! It is my absolute favorite restaurant in the world. I have NEVER had a bad experience here and the food is always perfect. I got married this August 2024, and wanted Bajio to cater my wedding. And it was AMAZING! We met with Hector and Gary to plan and it was so smooth and easy. They came and set up at our venue in Sandy, and the line went to quick to get food which was so nice. Each guest had many choices, even the 'picky' guests had good options. And everyone got so much food which was amazing for the price. So many guests came up to us after and raved about the food and many have gone to the restaurant to eat since then. All of the servers were so respectful and hardworking as well!! I highly recommend Bajio for eating and catering!!
I've been coming here since they opened almost 20 Years ago. The old management was almost like an extended family, and the new owner is doing everything correctly to ensure the growth of this wonderful business. . Great staff, better food. . If I drive by, I will grab something to eat either now or later.
